I am writing this testimonial in regards to Jardae Marshall. I was looking for an affordable three bedroom apartment in Brooklyn or Upper Manhattan for my 2 roommates and myself. On our first meeting Jardae showed us several beautiful apartments, one of which we fell in love with and decided we wanted to rent. However the apt. fell through due to financial issues with the building. Jardae knew we were heartbroken so she worked tirelessly to find us a new place. SHE DID! And for a much cheaper rate. We were truly satisfied and impressed with her service. She is an extremely friendly and hospitable young woman. A great pleasure to work with! " My sister and I recently worked with Ty to broker our apartment. Michael was very pleasant and easy to work with, and most importantly, he is an honest broker, which is a rare find these days in NYC. Before we connected with Michael we saw approximately 40 apartments and met with over a dozen brokers, many who were rude, dishonest, left us waiting for appointments, or showed us apartments that were nothing like the ones listed; I wish we had found him earlier! In addition, Ty worked out all the details for our move with the management company so we can get in the building earlier than originally expected.
