" My sister and I recently worked with Ty to broker our apartment. Michael was very pleasant and easy to work with, and most importantly, he is an honest broker, which is a rare find these days in NYC. Before we connected with Michael we saw approximately 40 apartments and met with over a dozen brokers, many who were rude, dishonest, left us waiting for appointments, or showed us apartments that were nothing like the ones listed; I wish we had found him earlier! In addition, Ty worked out all the details for our move with the management company so we can get in the building earlier than originally expected.
